RE: New Florida Annual Resale Certificate
The Florida Department of Revenue has a new rule for resale certificates. There is a new Annual Sales Tax Certificate, (Form DR-13) registered to each reseller. We are required by the Department of Revenue to have a COPY of your Florida Resale Certificate that is current.
Please fax or mail a copy of your resale certificate to Stages Plus, LLC at 2585 C-H North Forsyth Rd, Orlando, FL 32807 or via fax at 321-445-5560. In this copy it must be “Presented by” with a signature and dated from an owner of renter’s company and “Presented To:” STAGES PLUS, LLC on the line at the bottom of the DR-13 certificate. If you do not add a signature and date with your company name, then the certificate will be considered invalid.
